Vladimir has 10+ years in product development. He joins the first conversation personally and stays involved in key product and technical decisions through release.
Before work begins, we examine the business goal, users, and constraints, then record the scope, stages, and acceptance criteria in writing.
During delivery, you can see staging and demos. At handover, you receive the code, accounts, access, and documentation. Nothing happens inside a black box.
