1. About this site

Operated by METABYTE (sole proprietor: Vladimir Melincean), Republic of Moldova. The site presents studio services and portfolio.

2. Services

METABYTE provides software development under individual contracts. Prices shown on the site are indicative and do not constitute a public offer. Final terms are fixed in a separate signed contract with the client.

3. Intellectual property

All site materials (code, copy, design, images, except those marked as third-party) belong to METABYTE. Republishing or commercial use without written permission is prohibited. Illustrative images are sourced from Pexels (Pexels License) and from open sources with attribution.

4. Submitted content

By submitting a form, you allow METABYTE to use the supplied data to review the request and prepare a response. We do not publish request content and share data only as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Preliminary estimates

The calculator, prices, and timelines on the site are initial planning guidance. They are not a public offer or guarantee. Scope, schedule, budget, acceptance criteria, and support terms apply only after written agreement and a signed contract.

6. Prohibited

  • Using the site for illegal activity
  • Unauthorized access, scraping that bypasses rate limits, or DDoS
  • Spam or automated bulk form submissions
  • Sharing credentials or internal admin links with third parties

7. Liability

The site is provided "as is". METABYTE is not liable for:

  • Temporary downtime
  • Errors in blog materials, including items marked as AI research drafts
  • Actions of infrastructure services (Telegram, Supabase, OVH, etc.)

For contractual client relationships, liability is governed by the signed contract.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes — courts at METABYTE's registered seat. EU residents retain the protective consumer-law rights of their country of residence to the extent they are more favorable.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Last-updated date is above. Continued use after an update = acceptance.
