Every live session is recorded and posted in the cohort's private channel within 6 hours. You also get a written summary and the homework brief, so you can catch up async. Most students miss 1–2 sessions per cohort and do fine.
How is this different from Maven, Reforge, or Coursera? +
Maven is similar but mostly business/marketing. Reforge is product strategy at senior+ level. Coursera is async pre-recorded. We're live + small group (14 seats) + senior practitioners shipping right now — focused on craft, not theory.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee? +
Yes. Two-week refund window after cohort start, no questions asked. After that, if you complete the cohort and don't get hired or promoted within 6 months, we'll refund 50% of tuition.
Can my employer pay? +
Yes — and we'll send them a justification deck. About 40% of our students are employer-funded. We invoice in EUR with VAT and accept SEPA, card, and crypto.
I'm a complete beginner — can I join? +
Depends on the course. Each course page lists prerequisites clearly. For most beginner cohorts (Claude SDK, Postgres, Motion Design) — yes. For React 19 advanced, you'd want 6 months of React experience first.
